A product of Cheyenne spur making, Schnitger eventually opened shop in Gillette, Wyoming, before going to partner with Bohlin in Hollywood in the 1920's. Schnitger typically left his work unmarked. features his signature Cheyenne split heel, along with star strap button and inlay style. Scarcely seen spur maker example.
